Popular Chess player Koneru Hampi is getting married tonight in Vijayawada.
This wedding is said to be an arranged marriage and the bride-groom is Anvesh Dasari, son of Ramakrishna Dasari, Managing Director of Aftronics.
This marriage will take place at ‘A Convention Center’ in Vijayawada and many political and film personalities are expected to attend and bless the couple.
Lot of marriages are scheduled in Coastal Andhra in between 13th and 14th of August and close to 1, 00,000 marriages are supposed to take place in just 2 days.
Hampi is from Gudivada in Krishna district and she is ranked number 3 in the women category of World Chess.
Hampi won Arjuna award at the age of 16 and she is considered as a super-kid among the Indian sports fraternity.
