Aggressive KCR calls for T-bandh!

Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao who is going to take over as Chief Minister of Telangana State seems to be under the impression that he is still leading the Telangana movement.

On Wednesday, KCR called for Telangana Bandh on Thursday following reports that the Union Cabinet, which met at New Delhi under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, had decided to come out with an ordinance to begin works on Polavaram Project.

Since TRS has been demanding changes in the design of Polavaram Project and allocation of all affected mandals of Khammam to Telangana State, the party has decided to call for a bandh.

Several JACs have announced their support for the TRS bandh call.
