The blueprint on the Telangana state formation will be ready by November 5 and it would get the final nod at the meeting of Group of Ministers to be held on November 7.

The Home Ministry, which is the nodal department for bifurcation process, is going at breakneck speed to complete the exercise for division by November 5.

The ministry directed the heads of crucial government departments to submit their reports by November 5 with regard to the action plan for implementation in the two new states following the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

Union Home Secretary Anil Goswami chaired the meeting of the Secretaries of important departments like irrigation, power, petroleum, health, education etc.

The meeting was convened to discuss the ways and means to be adopted by each department for implementation of the policies and programmes after bifurcation of the state.

Sources said after deliberating at length about to go about with the exercise, Anil Goswami had directed all the Secretaries heading various departments to submit their reports by November 5.

Since the GoM headed by Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde would be meeting for the third time on November 7, the reports of the heads of various departments regarding ways and means for implementation had be got ready in advance for deliberating the same by the seven-member ministerial sub-committee.

The departments would sit everyday starting from Monday to complete the bifurcation process before the deadline, sources said.
