Lately we have been seeing many filmmakers talking exorbitantly big numbers for their films. The same is reportedly happening for âToofanâ.
It is heard that news is making rounds about âToofanâ doing Rs 50 crores business. Inside digging has revealed that this is pure artificial hype coming out of paid articles. Many are not buying this news because they are taking the examples of âNaayakâ and âRachchaâ.
Apparently, âNaayakâ has done a business of Rs 46 crores and âRachchaâ touched nearly Rs 42 crores. Given that kind of figures how can anyone believe if they are quoting about Rs 50 crores. Similarly, even the satellite rights of âToofanâ is being quoted at nearly Rs 7 crores which is nowhere near actuals as per sources so one can understand the truth.
