Prakash Raj was first married to Lalitha Kumari, the sister of Disco Shanthi (Sri Hari’s wife). The couple was blessed with two cute daughters. Prakash Raj divorced Lalitha and got married to Pony Verma, the Bollywod choreographer couple of days ago.
 
There is a selfish motive for Prakash Raj behind this marriage, say sources. It is said that Prakash Raj has desired to do films in Hindi as aggressively as possible. Although he acted in Hindi ‘Pokiri’ (Wanted) he didn’t get what he desired after that. He wants hot Bollywood contacts those can make him a big star in Bollywood. He found Pony’s contacts very strong and reliable. And she too was in want of a man who is simply work minded and earning freak.
