Nostalgia: None To Write Dialogues For Bhanumathi

Often, it has been considered that the role of many actresses has been to provide glamour and beauty while talent and performance was in the backseat. Though the number of starlets who are keen on performance and characters have been on the rise these days, going back a few decades the scene was different.
 
One woman who stood apart even in those times was the iconic star Bhanumathi. Known for her acting prowess, dialogue delivery and innate singing abilities she has been able to deliver some powerhouse performances. Now here is an interesting bit about this lady.
 
Bhanumathi was once giving an interview to the Doordarshan channel few years back and when she was asked about how she could come up with such beautiful dialogues and who had written them, she put it plain and straight that it was she herself who wrote her own dialogues and did not have anyone for her aid. Given her talent and brilliance, it was more like she never needed anyone to write words for her.
