16 pc Of IT Employees Are Mentally Ill!!

The craze for the software jobs and the mania that girl’s parents who want to marry their daughter off needs no introduction. And for some mysterious reason, the madness is extremely high among the Telugu people. While that madness is something, here is an interesting byte which talks about some real ‘madness’.
 
Well, it is heard that recently a survey was conducted by a prestigious institute in India which deals with Mental Illness and psychiatric problems. The survey was done in some of the most premium Software companies across the country and a rather shocking result has come out.
 
The survey has revealed that 16% of IT employees are mentally ill. That doesn’t mean they do crazy stuff but it is heard that they are going through a mental illness due to stress, lifestyle conditions, extreme working pressure and changing attitude towards life. The experts are suggesting the IT giants to have an in-house counselor to ensure that the percentage doesn’t hike up.
