Now, in order to find a way to talk to the potential customers, the call center companies are employing a new strategy of calling up and taking a reference in a rather friendly manner to build the conversation. So those who fall for it end up giving a sale and this method is working out for a few.
 
However, it will not be long before the general public get wary of such things and it will be time for these call centers to come up with another method of communication so that they get to speak a bit on the phone and in the process, also make some business out of it.
