Once upon a time in Madras, when any car enters into Srinivasa Reddy Street – everybody knows it will stop at Eswar’s door.


Each morning at least two PROs, three publicity in-charges and three producers used to wait at Eswar’s doorstep! From 1967 to 2000, Eswar had created thousands of posters for movies of all Indian languages.
 
He was born into a well-off family from Palakollu. But the economic depression that followed the disastrous Second World War had changed everything for their family.


A natural artist Eswar, moved to Madras in search of livelihood, and struggled against all kinds odds.


At one point of time spent eleven days without any food. Then the artist inside him won cinema world. Recently he released his autobiography, cinema poster.
 
The book itself is of international quality, very rare in current Telugu publishing. It contains 100’s of color cinema posters and lots of other rare photos. This is worth reading and must read. To read the book click here now.
