Honorable Home Minister Sri K. Jana Reddy, who visited State of Maryland in USA, was felicitated grandly by the local eminent Telugu and NRI professional in Baltimore Maryland. Sri K. Jana Reddy, who was the chief guest for Maryland Ugadi celebrations by the local Telugu NRIâs, conveyed his Ugadi wishes for the Telugu people in USA. The other prominent people who visited along with Home Minister are Sri AK. Khan IPS; Sri. PV Naidu IPS; and Smt. Aruna Bahuguna IPS
Mr. Vijay Bhanu Prasad Reddy Annapureddy, in his welcome speech, portrayed the personality, and the efficient handling of Home department, present days in Andhra Pradesh and all NRI participants applauded the Home Minister for his success and uniqueness in clearing the Naxalâs Problem in state of AP unlike all other 13 states, still facing the problem of Naxalism. Sri Jana Reddy conveyed his hearty wishes on the eve of SARVADHRI ugadi to all NRIâs in USA. He also stated that NRIâs should also play a prominent role up to their capacities by means of their knowledge and skill set in their area expertise and this keeping the present high pitch developmental success boom of Andhra Pradesh and India as well.
Later the Senior IPS officer Sri AK KHAN stated that, who exclaimed about the NRIâs Especially Telugu people in protecting the culture traditions even far places like in USA. He also conveyed that he could not felt that on a official trip, and said that felt like being in Andhra Pradesh only even in USA, with the kind of the nice and warm welcome where ever their team goes in USA, who actually came here for a study on the police department functionality in United States. The Senior IPS officer Sri PV Naidu also wished all the Telugu people with his best wishes.
The Maryland Telugu Ugadi program was sponsored by local famous Medical Doctor of Maryland & Prawasi Movies owner Sri. Yugandhar. Vemulapalli, and other eminent business personal of Maryland, Local Pharmacist Vijay Bhanu Prasad Reddy Annapureddy; Sri. Pawan (Blossom Soft) and a nice dinner served to all participants over 100 people with nice Andhra style dishes at Café âSpice (Indian restaurant) in Towson, Maryland.
