Prices are soaring between Rs 10000 per square yard in the deep interiors of Pati to the burning price of Rs 30000 per square yard on the Patancheru main road. Call it boom or development but one thing is clear, the dream of a common man to build a house or buy a land is ruled out now with the soaring prices.
