I am reading the news about MRPS and AJ daily issue. I am upset about the things that are happening in our AP. I would like to express my personal views on this issue. I felt responsible to respond to recent developments over the issue.
I watched TV news and read news papers after AJ wrote article about “BAADUGA NETHALU”. MRPS leader Mr. M Krishna Madiga clearly told they would attack anyone if someone hurts their community [Caste]. I am wondering how come any law from our Constitution does not say to take action against a citizen who directly warns that he will attack.
Are these kinds of attacks Constitutional? Why AP Government is taking action against AJ employees for their attack on M.Krishna Madiga’s effigy? How come our Constitution is so partial towards certain communities [Castes] and why our Constitution providing such laws?
Are all Communities [Casts] in India not equally treated from Constitutional point of view? [I am talking about Social Justice]
There were many incidents where TDP and Congress burnt effigies of their opponents. If TDP workers burnt YSR effigy does that mean they are insulting complete Reddy community? If Congress workers burnt CBN effigy does this means they are insulting complete Kamma Community?
This kind of effigy burning process has been there for so long. When ever these kinds of attacks happened, there was no action taken against anyone till today the way AJ employees were arrested is demeaning.
What is so special about this MRPS? Why should it be treated like this?
Constitution is giving so many flexibilities for this Community. If MRPS say something against anyone it is not insulting to that community, if someone says against MRPS it’s unlawful. From Constitution point of view every community [Caste] has equal right. But this proves every Citizen of India not treated equally. What a shame?
I respect my Constitution at the same time as a Citizen of India I have every right to question. Is this our Constitution is all about? It was crystal clear that AJ employees attacked on M. Krishna Madiga’s effigy only to show their disapproval over his attacks means they attacked on M. Krishna Madiga only but not on his Community. How come any single person represents a Community?
I really pity for the plight of Indian constitution. There will be a day, only Certain Castes live and talk. Rest will shut their mouth and close their Ears, chances are high they may vacate the mother land with sorrow and unhappy for the treatment they are getting from our Constitution and Law.
A Citizen of India must be treated equally. How come these kinds of differences crop up?
I still remember few years back to address “MADIGA” was unconstitutional. I really don’t know about unconstitutional or not because I was a child then I was told like that. How come that became constitutional? To fight for the Justice no need to add “MADIGA” for his name. Without that we can fight for the Justice.
M Krishna Madiga always cries on other Castes, instead he could have done a lot to his own Caste. But he did not do anything till today.
On the same day he Dragged Film Actor Chiranjeevi. I really surprised how come Chiranjeevi is related to this issue directly or indirectly?
He said Chiranjeevi has been taking money and acting and he will not do social service without expecting earning out of it. He criticized Chiranjeevi for no reason, does it treated as an insult to Chiranjeevi’s community?
How M.Krishna is living his life without any earning? Is it possible to live with out money? We need money for at least basic needs, Food, Cloth, and Shelter. Where is he getting from if he is not earning? He said he is not rich. Is he Begging? I assume [may or may not be true] he might be getting in the form of Funds. It should be ashamed of him to live on others money for his basic needs by hiding in the name of Service. He is serving to his own Community not for entire people. It is so cheap than “BADUGA”. BADUGA means who takes money by working hard. But this guy is taking money for his false fight for his community. For me, personally, it is as equal as committing suicide to fight for the Caste sake. He should not call as Social Service or Service. He is a selfish man who only works for his CASTE not for anyone not for a better society. He has no right to criticize or comment on anyone.
Who ever works for CASTE is dirtiest creature on this earth. We should throw them out of our HUMAN SOCIETY. Attacking AJ office and burning furniture is Constitutional and Lawful, but burning Effigy of a leader supported the attacks is unconstitutional and unlawful.
Bottom line: SAAKSHI Chief Mr. Jagan supported the arrests of AJ employees and said article was wrong. How many articles are 100% correct which are getting published? How many articles or news or gossips or whatever published till now hurt individual? Do you think that all articles till now published are moral except AJ’s “BADUGA” one. Why so big MESS over this. Where is our Journalism going? What kind of services you are giving to the Society? You are the most powerful and responsible for the better society. Just remember that.
My dear journalist brothers [Daily, Electronic and Web] think where we all are going? “WHAT A JUSTICE SYSTEM WE HAVE IN OUR MOTHER LAND”.
