Given the strong buzz and the severe political storm over the Telangana issue, many speculations have been rising over the possibility of what could the future be for and the Andhra coast. Reports say that the first industry to bloom would be the real estate industry and just like what happened about two years ago in Hyderabad will become to the coastal side.
Experts say that the farmers will become rich in no time and given the greenery and the picturesque locales, the day is not far when the Andhra region will become another Kerala where land has become scarce and that too highly expensive. Even the houses will get so interconnected that the entire region will become one without free land.
Though all this sounds hunky dory, the harsh truth is that if Telangana is to be formed then it will be a separation of not just two regions but the break up of a family. And a fair share of people know that this will do no good to the Telangana folks since they realize that the leaders are nowhere committed to do good to the common man.
