Gone are the days when all people used to talk was the real estate boom and the shooting up prices of lands and plots at places that are more than 50 kilometers outside the city. Well, the idea was to buy pieces of land and wait till they shoot up and then sell them off.
But now, things have changed completely and all those who have taken their lands in suburbs and outskirts are caught up in a bad position. This is especially the case of those who have put in their heard earned money with the idea of making a profit out of it and that too those that are around 250 to 300 sq yards.
Big people would not come forward to buy that small bits and middle class people hardly attempt at buying land in acres at least to make a venture when the boom is on. Even though some artificial boom arrives, many people have bits and pieces of lands in hand to sell. There will be more sellers than buyers, appears to be the scenario.
Adding to all this, the people are now more interested to live in the heart of the city than living somewhere in the outskirts considering the traffic on roads and security. Independent house desires are no more dwelling in the heads of new-age population. With this, it takes more time to see colonies in present outskirts. Things are not same as Vanasthalipuram, Kukatpally etc were developed rampantly.
With nothing much left to do, the position is right now quite concerning for all the middle class people who have nothing but their little bit of land which might go for cheap and given the fame of Hyderabad city, they must ensure that this doesn’t land up in the arms of the encroaching guys. With that at least the subsequent generation may reap fruits out of that.
