The recession mania has been ruling the roost from the past one year and more and no one has been spared from it. The worst affected in all this happens to be the real estate market and what was considered a gold mine is currently up for sale for the price of peanuts and no one is taking it.
The coastal Andhra Pradesh has been noted for its fertile lands and rich quality. It is heard that the price per acre at one point of time were touching close to Rs 80 lakhs to Rs 1 Cr. But due to the downfall of real estate in coastal Andhra, the prices have become alarmingly low.
It is heard that an acre is now being sold for Rs 20 lakhs and that too, the location is just ten kilometers away from the Rajahmundry airport. Many say that as there is no Telangana news, the chances of appreciating the land value is a dream and it will take a year or two to see a change especially in Coastal belt.
