TANA President Mr. Kakarala was reaffirmed by United States District Court Houston (Southern Division)

Some of the expelled TANA EC members and GB members failed their obligation to act with in the guidelines of bylaws and general body resolutions. They still couldn’t digest the fact that TANA President gets lot of moral support from various cities where he got a red carpet welcome at the same time when expelled GB members who have lost all faith in the community and tasting the rage of community anger. Out of frustration, TANA attorney Mr. Martin Green in collusion with ex-TANA members (Jayaram Komati, Thotakura Prasad, Mohan Nannapaneni, Ram Yalamanchili, Satish Vemana, Janaki Rao, Jampala Chowdary, Edara Lokeswara Rao and 15 others) approached the court and filed an Emergency Motion to issue a Temporary Restraining Order against Mr. Kakarala from using TANA President’s Title, TANA Logo and other Organizational assets.

After hearing the submissions by their lawyer Martin Green (Corporate lawyer of Ex TANA Treasurer, Mohan Nannapaneni) and Defendant’s arguments, honorable judge of Houston US District Court rejected the appeal against TANA president and upheld the truth that President Kakarala is the elected president of the organization and Mr. Kakarala will continue as President of the Organization.

This is an affirmative Judgment and a major victory for law abiding TANA members.

“This judgment is a slap in the face for some of the expelled TANA GB members bully-boy approach. Once again the expelled GB memebrs ideology has been shown up as contravening the principles of TANA, and that of democracy”

Prabhakar Chowdary Kakarala, who already established a moral victory with the support of Telugu community at large, TANA senior leaders and TANA general Body recorded a major legal victory. He respected General Body resolutions and actively operating as TANA president in the good faith of community despite all the hurdles created by some expelled GB members who hijacked the TANA website and finances.

The court’s decision shows the fresh answer for all the confusion created by few individuals tried to downgrade by spreading all kinds false rumors about Atlanta General Body meeting.

Moral victory has mirror, it’s fit with any shoes of people who feel comfortable with it. People who are disagreed would consider it as immoral. But legal victory prevails.

This will be a more fitting recompense for the wrong done to Mr. Prabhakar Chowdary Kakarala  (if indeed there could ever be any fitting recompense) and for all the false propaganda these individuals tried on him.

This is the time for TANA members across North America to celebrate this victory for Democracy, as there is hope that all illegal and fraudulent activity in TANA will end immediately.
