Arya2 Loss @ Rs 5 Crores

Well, the most hyped movie ‘Arya 2’ has hit the screens and the reactions have been quite mixed from the audience and the critics alike. While the audio has scored a good success, the film is said to have suffered jolts at the box office given the budget with which it has been made. 

As it is, the bandh called by the TRS party gave a blow to the movie collections over the weekend. Now, sources say that overall the film stands at a loss of nearly Rs 5 crores despite the best efforts by the makers to get it to the success mark.

If this buzz is true then it must be said that pressure will fall on Allu Arjun since his last movie ‘Parugu’ also barely scrambled to be an average fare. On the brighter side, he has got enough movies lined up and one among them happens to be the promising ‘Vedam’ by the talented Krish which could turn the tide on Arjun’s favor.
