Buzz: ‘Vedam’- A Sequel To ‘Gamyam’?

Vedam is the movie that is creating sensation in Tollywood at present. It’s directed by Jagarlamudi Krish. Earlier Krish made the movie ‘Gamyam’ with the least budget and banged triumphant success with that. There seems to be some resemblances between the two films.

While Allari Naresh played mass role Gali Seenu, Sharwanand played the class role Abhiraam in Gamyam. Here in ‘Vedam’, the mass role Cable Raju is played by Allu Arjun while the class role Vijay Chakravarthy is played by Manchu Manoj.

While Kamalini played Doctor Janaki’s role in Gamyam, it’s Anushka who played prostitute’s role in Vedam as Saroja. Although both sound different in roles, the common point is with ‘dealing with public’.

While Gamyam was made with low budget, Vedam is made with huge expenditure. From Money to Arya, no sequel worked wonders in Tollywood. We have to see how this movie that has shadow of a sequel works at box-office!!
