Gunasekhar Gives Hand To His ‘Vadhuvu’

When Bhanusri Mehra was taken as the heroine for the film ‘Varudu’, many small producers tried to sign her for their projects. But director Gunasekhar put his foot down and put a condition that unless his film releases, Bhanu must not put one step outside or agree for another film.
 
When Bhanu was approached for doing Kriti Kharbanda’s character in ‘Teen Maar’ and Deeksha’s character in ‘Mirapakaya’, Gunasekhar interfered like Saindhavudu. The mystery of heroine was kept constant and ‘Varudu released. In no time, the film flopped and Bhanu’s life became a bus stand.
 
Now, staff of Gunasekhar revealed an interesting incident. “Recently, Bhanu paid a surprise visit to the director’s office and insisted on seeing him. When Gunasekhar heard this, he conveyed a message through his assistant that he is busy and will meet her later. Apparently, Bhanu was keen on bagging the second leading lady’s role in Gunasekhar’s new project with Ravi Teja. So, she was adamant on seeing him. But when it comes to stubbornness and ‘Mondithanam’, Gunasekhar deserves a Padma award. He didn’t come out. Bhanu waited from 10 am to 4 pm and finally left in a huff hurling various curses on Gunasekhar.”
