Salman Khan, who is currently living in Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, Mumbai, is reportedly preparing to move into a new house soon.
According to Mumbai real estate circles, the value of the property could be around Rs 350 crore once it is fully ready.
The massive project has started in Bandra, one of Mumbai’s most expensive areas. It is located very close to Salman’s current residence.
An old two-storey building at the site has been demolished, and a new luxury property is now being developed.
The land reportedly belongs to Salman Khan’s mother and measures around 11,000 square feet.
A real estate company named Sach Developers is said to be designing a spacious bungalow for Salman, keeping his taste and requirements in mind.
Videos of the site, covered with metal sheets for security, are being widely shared on social media.
The new residence is expected to have underground parking, private pools and several modern facilities.
The Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority reportedly gave official clearance for the project on June 16.
Earlier, the project had also received preliminary approvals from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
With these permissions in place, the construction of the Rs 350 crore property has now got the green signal.
Salman Khan’s family has been living in Galaxy Apartments since 1974. However, after the firing incident outside his residence in 2024, Salman reportedly began looking for a more secure home.
The new property is expected to be built with strong focus on safety and security, without any compromise.
