In recent years, Dubai has emerged as a favourite getaway for several Tollywood stars.
Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun and many others have frequently visited the city for holidays or spent extended periods there.
It has also been reported that some of Tollywood’s leading celebrities own villas or apartments in Dubai. The daughter of one prominent star is even said to have made the city her primary residence.
Similarly, two senior actors have reportedly invested heavily in businesses and real estate in Dubai, while a few well-known producers have regularly hosted parties and private gatherings there.
However, following the conflict involving Iran, many of these celebrities are said to have reduced or temporarily stopped their visits to Dubai.
While some are waiting for the situation to stabilise, others have begun exploring alternative destinations for holidays and social gatherings.
Hong Kong and Macau are among the places reportedly being considered. However, concerns over security have made some celebrities cautious about choosing these destinations.
As a result, several stars and filmmakers are now said to be searching for other cities that are safe, liberal and well connected internationally for leisure, vacations and private gatherings.
