Venkatesh’s Aadarsha Kutumbam is unlikely to compete with Rajinikanth’s Jailer or Vijay Deverakonda’s Ranabaali.
Earlier, it was reported that the makers were planning to postpone the film from Gandhi Jayanthi to Dasara.
The shooting is still in progress, while post-production work is also underway. As a result, the makers have now decided to postpone the film, but only by a week.
The latest buzz is that Aadarsha Kutumbam will arrive in theatres on October 9, at the beginning of the Dasara holidays, instead of October 2.
Trivikram had initially planned the film as a quickie, but the director was reportedly forced to alter several scenes and rewrite portions after 'Blast' was released in theatres, as some scenes in his film were said to be similar to those in that movie. This resulted in a delay.
Because of the delay, Venkatesh began shooting for Anil Ravipudi’s January 12 Vidudala. Since that film is being planned as a Sankranthi release, Trivikram cannot postpone Aadarsha Kutumbam beyond October.
So, the film is likely to arrive a little late, but only by a week.
