Days after reportedly marrying Gauri Spratt in a private ceremony, Aamir Khan is making headlines again—this time over his lavish future home plans.
According to The Free Press Journal, Aamir and Gauri, who allegedly tied the knot on July 5 at his rented Pali Hill apartment, are expected to eventually move into a massive residence at the redeveloped Marina Apartments in Union Park, Khar.
The couple is currently said to be staying at Aamir’s rented home in Wilnomona on Nargis Dutt Road. Their permanent residence, however, may not be ready until around 2030.
The report claims Aamir is planning a sprawling “sky villa” across the top three floors of the upcoming building. He is expected to live there with Gauri and her son Quinn.
One entire floor may reportedly be reserved for private parties, family functions and gatherings with close friends from the film, sports and business worlds.
But Aamir’s plans are apparently not limited to just one luxury home.
His son Junaid Khan is said to be getting a full floor, while separate apartments may be allocated to Kiran Rao and their son Azad.
Homes are also reportedly being planned for Aamir’s mother Zeenat Hussain and his sisters Nikhat Khan and Farhat Dutta.
The publication further claims that Aamir has already paid more than ₹100 crore as an advance to acquire additional apartments for his extended family.
However, the actor has not publicly confirmed any of these reports.
Aamir currently reportedly rents four luxury apartments in the Wilnomona building, where several members of his family already stay.
With Gauri and Quinn now joining the family, the superstar appears keen on keeping everyone under one roof—or at least inside one ultra-luxury tower.
