Mega Power Star Ram Charan steps into the role of a crossover athlete in director Buchi Babu Sana’s most ambitious film, Peddi, which is racing toward its grand release on June 4th.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan took Buchi Babu along on a car ride, during which the duo spoke at length about the film. Buchi Babu revealed that Charan’s dedication and discipline deeply inspired him.
“Seeing Charan’s hard work made me want to take my own workouts seriously,” he said.
Charan shared that his love for the script pushed him to give everything the character demanded.
“I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. We shot the film in a scenic flow that kept all of us in the right emotional space. We completed the entire second half in one stretch- it packs the heaviest action, the most intense drama, and our best song.”
Calling Peddi a film for today’s youth, Buchi Babu added, “Youngsters panic over small issues. Peddi is a strong reminder and a motivation. It’s truly a film that this generation needs.”
Charan also highlighted a standout segment in the film. “My favourite is the Delhi episode. It’s the core of the story, and it holds the biggest twist.”
The trailer already teases this mysterious stretch, showing Charan at the Red Fort in Delhi, quietly cleaning tea glasses, a sequence that has sparked countless theories.
With their latest revelations, Buchi Babu and Ram Charan have only intensified the intrigue around the film’s most pivotal episode.
