Janhvi Kapoor has praised director Buchi Babu Sana, saying he acts well and made her job easier during the shoot.
Speaking at a press conference in New Delhi on Wednesday alongside Ram Charan, the actress was asked about the noticeable shift in her performance style for the film.
“My preparation for the character was nothing but following Buchi Babu. I just copied whatever he told me to do,” Janhvi said.
She added that Buchi Babu would clearly perform and show her how a scene had to be done.
“I just did what he did,” she said.
Janhvi also described Ram Charan as a passionate person and an intense actor. She has been actively participating in all promotional events and doing her part to promote the film.
Janhvi had received criticism from some sections for her appearance in the film’s trailer. However, she is hoping that once the film releases, audiences will notice her performance.
She did not receive much appreciation for her acting skills in her Telugu debut, Devara.
