Megastar Chiranjeevi has been collaborating with different filmmakers on interesting scripts. He has now teamed up once again with director Bobby Kolli for another big-ticket film, Kaaka.
The movie is being produced on a grand scale by prestigious production house KVN Productions and is scheduled for release on January 13.
The makers recently unveiled the title glimpse, which presented Chiranjeevi in a never-seen-before role. As Satyam, a man who runs a fishery and carries a bloody action-filled past, Chiranjeevi impressed in two contrasting looks.
His younger appearance in the action portions particularly caught attention and further raised expectations.
Now, on the occasion of Anaswara Rajan’s birthday, the makers have unveiled her first look from the film.
She plays Ammulu, a medical student. Her outfit is simple, with a white-and-green combination, but the creative highlight of the poster is her shadow, which takes the form of Megastar Chiranjeevi.
The visual suggests that Chiranjeevi’s character is always behind her like a protective shadow, and the makers have presented the idea in an interesting way.
With this first look, the team has raised expectations further.
Director Bobby Kolli appears to have packaged Kaaka as a blend of hardcore action, heartwarming emotions and humour.
With S Thaman’s powerful music, the film is being positioned as a major Sankranti attraction.
