Acclaimed filmmaker M S Raju is all set to bring his ambitious mystic divine thriller ‘Agadha’ to audiences worldwide on August 14, 2026.
Produced by Kasi Visalakshi Balusu under the Sri Adi Varaha Productions banner and presented by Ajay KR , the film is being promoted as a visually spectacular cinematic experience.
The producers are very confident about the output and that’s reflecting in the refined production values and the current promotional campaign.
The recently released teaser created a strong buzz, crossing 14 million views and earning praise for its grand visuals, haunting background score, mysterious atmosphere, and high production values.
The response has significantly raised expectations for the film and it has now locked August 14 as its release date.
Speaking about the project, director M.S. Raju described Agadha as his dream film, saying the teaser offers only a glimpse of its world.
He emphasized that the film combines mythology, mystery, thrilling moments, rich emotions, and breathtaking visuals to deliver a unique theatrical experience. He also appreciated the performances of the lead cast.
The film stars Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Shravan Reddy, Ulka Gupta, Jovika Vijay Kumar, Sijju, Roshan, and Shreya Rani Reddy in pivotal roles.
Kamakshi said her role as Mahadevi will remain one of the most memorable performances of her career, while Shravan Reddy expressed his happiness about reuniting with M.S. Raju after Dirty Hari and promised audiences several surprises.
The film has music by Rakesh Venkatapuram, cinematography by Nani Chamidishetty, editing by Junaid Siddiqui, production design by Rajeev Nair, and additional screenplay by Chaitanya Vegi. N.V.N. Subbaraju serves as the Executive Producer.
