The makers of "Peddi" are reportedly preparing a revised version of the film following audience feedback and its encouraging hold at the box office on Monday.
According to industry buzz, the team has decided to make several changes after analyzing reviews, social media reactions, and fan feedback.
The revised version is expected to trim some of the scenes involving Janhvi Kapoor that drew criticism for being overly glamorous or suggestive.
Certain expletives and double-meaning dialogues, particularly those involving Divyenndu Sharma's character, are also said to be under review.
In addition, portions featuring Shiva Rajkumar in the second half may be shortened to improve the film's pacing.
The makers are reportedly planning to replace some of these scenes with additional emotional moments involving Ram Charan and Jagapathi Babu, strengthening the film's emotional core.
The re-edited version is expected to receive an updated censor certificate before being screened in theaters, possibly within the next couple of days.
