On the occasion of Independence Day, the makers of Prabhas’ much-awaited period film Fauzi have unveiled a new poster that pays tribute to the countless warriors whose sacrifices paved the way for India’s freedom.
The poster captures a haunting and intense world of conflict. The poster presents Prabhas in a battle-worn appearance, covered in blood and walking through what appears to be a devastated landscape, though his face is not visible.
Behind him, another man walks in other direction carrying a long stick, while flames and destruction surround the streets.
The iconic Charminar can also be seen amid the grim setting, adding a strong historical and regional texture to the poster.
The poster attempts to evoke the harsh realities of a period when freedom was not a given, but something that had to be fought for and earned through immense sacrifice.
The makers have dedicated the special poster to the spirit of every Fauzi who fought for a better tomorrow.
Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Fauzi is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 3rd.
