Ram Pothineni is pushing his limits for his maiden directorial venture RAPO23, with the actor-filmmaker reportedly putting himself through an exceptionally demanding schedule.
The project has been progressing with its shoot on a grand scale in and around Pondicherry.
Meanwhile, Ram completed an incredible 24-hour shoot during the latest schedule. The challenge was heightened by his dual role in the project, as he had to perform in front of the camera while simultaneously supervising the filmmaking process behind it.
The Pondicherry schedule continued for nearly nine days, with a massive setup created specifically for the shoot.
The schedule, however, was interrupted by unexpected rains, prompting the team to return to Hyderabad temporarily.
The unit is expected to head back to Pondicherry shortly and resume filming on the same elaborate setup to complete the pending portions.
With Ram personally shouldering the responsibilities of both actor and director, RAPO23 is emerging as a highly ambitious project in his career.
