Sara Ali Khan says she takes constructive criticism seriously and implements it almost 80 percent of the time.
However, the actress also believes it is equally important to ignore unnecessary noise while handling a career filled with both successes and failures.
Sara, daughter of actors Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan, said her mother had warned her about the dangers of sudden success after her debut film Kedarnath in 2018, which was followed by the commercial success of Simmba.
“I know that I got a lot of love very early in my career. My mom used to tell me, ‘This is very scary,’ because it happened overnight and it was a lot. Then came two films that didn’t give me that love, and that was actually scarier,” Sara said in an interview with PTI.
Sara Ali Khan is awaiting the release of her upcoming film Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, which also features Ayushmann Khurrana, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh, and hits theatres this Friday on May 15.
