Nani’s "The Paradise", which released in theatres last week, opened on a strong note at the box office despite receiving largely negative reviews.
The mass action entertainer recorded the biggest opening of Nani’s career by a significant margin.
On Day 4, the film collected a net of ₹15.70 crore in India, showing a 3 per cent growth compared to the previous day’s ₹15.25 crore.
With 6,764 shows on Day 4, "The Paradise" has taken its total India net collection to ₹92.10 crore, while the India gross stands at ₹109 crore.
Overseas, the film added another ₹2 crore on Day 4, taking its total overseas gross to ₹29.25 crore. With this, the worldwide gross collection has reached ₹138.25 crore.
"The Paradise" was released in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil, with the Telugu version contributing the major share of the film’s box-office revenue.
Directed by Srikanth Odela, "The Paradise" is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri and Ishan Saksena under the banners of Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Cinemas and IVY Entertainment.
