The legendary trio of frustrated husbands is back. Played by Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Abhinav Gomatam and Krishna Chaitanya, they are joined this time by Vennela Kishore, who plays an experimental celestial god who speaks like a Telugu cinema comedian.
This time, the domestic drama breaks the space-time continuum. JioHotstar has just dropped the trailer for “Save The Tigers” Season 3, and it begins with casual conversations about manhood being under threat from demanding, loud-mouthed wives.
The domestic wars are raging harder than ever. From divorce litigation troubles to simmering tension between couples, director Sriraam Eragam sets up the right premise.
The story then takes a wild, surreal leap straight into the heavens. Vennela Kishore’s Lord Indra discovers a horrifying universal truth: every husband on Earth is utterly miserable. Flanked by his cosmic aides, he introduces a divine twist.
Suddenly, the three everyday heroes are pulled out of their mundane lives and dropped into dazzling parallel realities.
Ravi, played by Priyadarshi, wakes up as a powerful MLA. Rahul, played by Abhinav, escapes his stressful freelancing life and becomes a well-paid screenwriter. Vikram, played by Krishna Chaitanya, finds himself thriving in the corporate world.
What is more, their wives, played by Jordar Sujatha, Pavani Gangireddy and Deviyani Sharma, have fallen in line. The men cannot believe their luck. Their lives are now too good to be true.
This funny cosmic angle elevates the web series from a standard relationship comedy into an intriguing fantasy. Expect mind-bending scenes as the battle of the sexes intensifies.
The series will begin streaming on June 19. It also features Rohini, Harshavardhan, Srikanth Iyengar, Gundu Sudarshan, Mirchi Kiran, Abhay Bethiganti and Mukku Avinash.
Creators Pradeep Advaitham and Mahi V. Raghav seem to have readied a very interesting series. Producers Shiva Meka and Sahiti Chintalapudi are bankrolling the project.
