Yash's Toxic Bookings Open In Telugu States

After a sensational Sankranti season, Tollywood witnessed a relatively dull phase during the summer, until Ram Charan’s Peddi arrived and emerged as a blockbuster.

The momentum has only grown stronger in recent weeks, with Tollywood witnessing a string of blockbusters across genres.

Ravi Teja’s Irumudi, in particular, has emerged as a true-blue commercial success, further strengthening the industry’s winning momentum.

This blockbuster streak comes as a major advantage for Yash’s much-awaited action extravaganza Toxic, which is arriving in theatres worldwide tomorrow.

The positive theatrical atmosphere and strong audience appetite for big-screen entertainers have created an ideal environment for the film’s grand release.

The promotional campaign is also firing on all cylinders. The recently held pre-release event in Hyderabad received a massive response, adding further momentum to the already high anticipation surrounding this Pan India film.

More importantly, Toxic has already made a strong start through advance bookings, crossing advance of Kantara Chapter 1 (896K). The Yash starrer has now crossed the 1.5 M mark in combined tickets sales on BMS and District.

The impressive pre-release traction indicates the enormous craze surrounding Yash and the film, directed by Geetu Mohandas on KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations.

With world-class action, spectacular visuals, a larger-than-life presentation, and an ensemble featuring five female leads, Toxic promises to deliver a grand cinematic experience.

Meanwhile, advance bookings for the movie are now open across the Telugu states. The Telangana government has issued a GO granting permission for five shows per day, along with a hike in ticket prices.

The makers have also contributed 1 Cr to the Industry Employees Welfare Fund.
