Dallas, Texas: YSRCP General Secretary and NRI Global Coordinator Aluru Samba Siva Reddy began his week-long US tour with a Meet & Greet organised by the YSRCP Dallas Team.
The event opened with floral tributes to former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Dr Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy.
Addressing the gathering, Samba Siva Reddy spoke about his long association with Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and recalled his political journey, including the Praja Sankalpa Padayatra.
He praised Jagan’s welfare-focused leadership and urged NRIs to work together to strengthen the party and help it return to power in Andhra Pradesh.
As part of the event, he launched the official YSRCP NRI Wing website, www.ysrcpnriwing.org, to improve engagement with Telugu NRIs across the world.
He said the website would serve as a long-term platform to connect NRIs with the party leadership, provide regular updates and create opportunities for participation and community service.
The platform will offer student mentoring, career guidance, networking, volunteer opportunities, community initiatives and direct communication with party leaders.
Samba Siva Reddy also urged NRIs to stay connected through the Jagan 2.0 Super App and the NRI Wing website.
He invited technology professionals, developers, designers, digital creators and volunteers to join the Jagan Task Force and support the party’s digital initiatives.
Concluding his speech, he said: “Let’s write for Jagan. Let’s speak for Jagan. Let’s code for Jagan.”
The event ended with an interactive session on strengthening the YSRCP’s global NRI network.
The Dallas programme marked the first stop of Samba Siva Reddy’s week-long US outreach tour.
