Serious cheating allegations have surfaced against popular YouTuber Anne Ramanandana, who runs the channel 'Nandoos World', and her husband Jagarlamudi Madhukar.
The couple, originally from Guntur, is currently living in London, UK. Ramanandana became popular on social media through her YouTube channel 'Nandoos World'.
According to allegations, the couple used this popularity to run consultancy operations in the name of 'Destiny Consultancy' from Guntur, Vijayawada and Hyderabad.
They allegedly promised foreign jobs and visa renewals, especially for those looking for opportunities in the UK.
The issue came to light after a complaint was filed by Shiva Kranthi Kumar from Kothuru in NTR district. He reportedly met Madhukar while he was studying in London.
After returning to India, Shiva Kranthi Kumar approached Madhukar for visa renewal and a CoS for his wife’s job in the UK. Madhukar allegedly told him that Rs 15 lakh would be required for the process.
In 2023, Shiva Kranthi Kumar transferred the amount to two bank accounts provided by the accused. However, he later alleged that the promised service was not provided.
Based on his complaint, a case was registered at Ibrahimpatnam police station in NTR district in November last year. In the case, Madhukar was named as A1, Ramanandana as A2 and Mohan Rao as A3.
It is learnt that notices were issued to the accused, but there was no response from them. They later approached the High Court seeking to quash the case, and the petition is currently under hearing.
After the matter came out, several people from different states also started posting on social media, claiming that they too were cheated in a similar manner.
Allegations are now going viral that up to Rs 20 lakh was collected from each person in the name of UK jobs and visa services.
Meanwhile, criticism is also being heard that after the case was registered, Ramanandana has been using the “woman victim card” to gain sympathy.
Some people are alleging that instead of answering the cheating allegations, she is making videos mocking those who claim to have been cheated.
The case has now become a major talking point on social media, especially among Telugu people in India and the UK.
