It is common for Telugu celebrities living in Hyderabad — whether from films, business, sports or politics — to want both N. Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan to attend their family weddings.
But there is a catch.
If both are important guests, the wedding may have to be planned on a Saturday or Sunday, since that is when they are usually available in Hyderabad.
Now, coming to Andhra Pradesh, if a big fan or political well-wisher of Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy wants him to attend the wedding, the dates may have to be adjusted.
Jagan is generally said to be in Andhra Pradesh from Tuesday to Thursday.
And what if Jagan’s presence is important, but the muhurtham falls on Friday, Saturday or Sunday?
There is still a solution — shift the wedding venue to Bengaluru, where Jagan is believed to be more likely to be available on those days.
So, in a lighter vein, some celebrity weddings may need more than just a good muhurtham.
They may also need a carefully planned political calendar.
