Hyderabad’s luxury real estate market is set for a major upgrade with the launch of the city’s first Trump Towers, a ₹2,000 crore project being developed by Tribeca and Ira Realty.
The project will feature more than 450 luxury residences, with prices starting at around ₹5 crore. Premium penthouses are expected to cost ₹18 crore or more.
Even before the official sales launch, the project has already created a record.
A massive 30,000 sq ft penthouse has reportedly been sold for ₹62 crore to one of Hyderabad’s wealthiest families.
The Trump Organization has described the Hyderabad development as its largest project in India so far.
Spread across nearly 2.2 million sq ft, the luxury residential project is expected to be completed by 2031.
The residences will come with high-end features including private lift lobbies, premium amenities and an exclusive Trump Club for residents.
With Hyderabad already witnessing strong demand for ultra-luxury homes, the Trump Towers launch could push the city’s high-end housing market into an entirely new price league.
