Hyderabad has set another sensational real estate record.
A 6.29-acre land parcel in Raidurg Knowledge City has reportedly been sold for a staggering ₹237 crore per acre in the latest auction, sending shockwaves through the city’s property market.
This is a massive jump from the previous record of ₹177 crore per acre recorded in October 2025, proving once again that Hyderabad’s premium IT corridor continues to command sky-high demand.
The under-construction IMAGE Towers project located nearby is said to be quoting rental expectations of ₹120 to ₹140 per sq ft, adding more heat to the already booming location.
Adding to the frenzy, the recent relaxation of height restrictions by the Airports Authority of India is believed to have boosted buyer confidence and pushed bidders to go aggressive.
Interestingly, this prime land parcel was originally allotted to the State Bank of Hyderabad in the 2000s and was later handed back to TGIIC.
With this record-breaking deal, Raidurg has once again proved that Hyderabad’s land market is no longer just hot — it is on fire.
