KTR Hails 'The Paradise' as a Powerful Reflection of T Spirit

BRS Working President KT Rama Rao, popularly known as KTR, watched Nani’s latest release, "The Paradise", at a special screening held at Sudarshan Theatre in Hyderabad on Saturday.

He was accompanied by senior party leaders, MLAs and former ministers. Following the screening, KTR interacted with the media and praised the film and its team.

KTR appreciated director Srikanth Odela for presenting Telangana’s landscape, culture and native dialect in a striking cinematic form. He said the film effectively captures the spirit of a community fighting back when confronted with oppression.

According to KTR, "The Paradise" goes beyond its commercial presentation to portray the struggle of people seeking justice and standing up for their identity. He particularly highlighted the way the story depicts a leader emerging from among the oppressed and guiding the community in its struggle.

KTR congratulated Nani, Priyadarshi and the entire team for bringing such a story to the screen against a distinctly Telangana backdrop.

He further observed that the film portrays the resilience of people when they are pushed into a corner, while also conveying a broader social message.

Referring to the inspiration behind the struggle portrayed in the film, KTR remarked that there was no need for him to spell it out, as audiences could understand the reference themselves.

KTR also praised the team for reflecting Telangana’s sense of self-respect and its historical spirit of resistance through the film’s setting, language and narrative.

Meanwhile, "The Paradise" continues its theatrical run after releasing on September 24. The film has also been drawing attention for its Telangana setting and political references.
