Trump Towers Hyderabad, coming up in the rapidly evolving Kokapet micro-market, has now officially received RERA approval, marking a major milestone for one of Hyderabad’s most anticipated luxury residential developments.
The project is set to bring a new benchmark for ultra-premium high-rise living with its iconic branding, expansive residences and standout architectural features.
Spread across approximately 4 acres, the development will comprise 460 residences across two landmark towers rising to G+64 floors, supported by four basement levels.

The project will also feature ultra-luxury 6 BHK duplex residences ranging from 6,450 to 12,000 sq. ft., catering to buyers seeking large-format homes in one of the city’s fastest-growing luxury corridors.
The official launch date and pricing details are yet to be announced. However, with RERA approval now in place, market attention is expected to intensify around this landmark Kokapet development.
