Navya Gadusu, a 25-year-old Indian student in the United States, tragically lost her life in a car accident in Indiana near Chicago on May 16, 2026, shortly after completing her master’s degree.
Coming from a humble farming family in India, Navya pursued her dreams abroad through years of sacrifice made by her parents, who even pledged their small piece of land to support her education.
Her sudden passing has left her parents and younger sister devastated emotionally and financially.
Friends remember Navya as a kind, caring, and hardworking young woman who always supported others during difficult times.
Her family is now facing the enormous burden of transportation and repatriation expenses to bring her back home to India, along with funeral arrangements and emergency support during this heartbreaking period.
